What is your turnaround time? 

 

Approximately 5-7 business days for Ready to Ship Items 

*This does not include weekends* 

Items that are handmade may take approximately 10 business days to ship!

Before placing an order please take this into consideration, especially if your item is time-sensitive. Rush Delivery does NOT guarantee a specific delivery date! 

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

We take a break during the Holiday's from shipping orders! Order's placed between December 22nd-January 1st will ship on January 2nd/3rd or if the date falls on a weekend the next business day.) 

 

PREORDER ITEMS: 

If you order a preorder item please make note of expected shipping time frame outlined in red.

***If you order a preorder item along with ready to ship items your order will not be shipped until the preorder item is in stock! If you would like to receive your ready to ship items separately from preorder items please email us so additional postage can be paid/created***

 How do you ship? Where do you Ship? 

 

We Ship Worldwide excluding the UK. For UK orders please order through Etsy!

We ship via United States Postal Service

This is the estimated time it will take to receive your item once it has been dropped off at the post. 

We do not have any control over possible delays or damage your order may incur. If your item is lost or not delivered pleased reach out to us immediately. If for whatever reason your package shows "delivered" and you are unable to find it please reach out to your local postmaster for assistance. 

*We are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered items! Please ensure the address you use for delivery is your CURRENT address!*

Western States 3-5 Business Days

Central/East Coast States: 5-7 Business Days

U.S. Priority Mail:  2-3 Business Days
Canada: 2-4 Weeks
International: 2-5 Weeks

Do you accept Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

Ready to Ship Items: 

Returns are accepted on our ready to ship items! Change your mind or want to exchange? 

Simply send us back our items and you will receive a refund minus the shipping.

 

Excluded from refunds: used cosmetics due to sanitary reasons

Custom Orders/Made to Order: 

Due to their custom nature returns or exchanges are not permitted for customized orders. This includes customized Wood burned art, subscription boxes, used cosmetics, and embroidered designs. 

 

Received a Damaged Item? 

Please contact us within 48 business hours of receiving your item regarding any shipping damage! 

We want to make sure your item arrives to you in the best condition! If you receive damaged goods, or something is incorrect with your order please reach out to us as soon as possible! We will be more than happy to rectify the situation with either sending a replacement, issuing a partial refund, or a complete refund.

If something is wrong or your order is incorrect please reach out. Refunds and exchanges are permitted on a case by case basis.

 How can I Track My order? 

 

Ready to ship items will have tracking available after 72 hours

Made to order items will have an estimated ship date corresponding to the order. Check your invoice for current estimating shipping information. 

An email will be sent to the email address used when your item has shipped! Please add Geeklecticshop@gmail.com and Burningelegance@gmail.com to ensure you receive our emails! 

 

*Subscription boxes will be be shipped on the 1st of the month! (if the 1st falls on a weekend subscriptions boxes will go out the following Monday).

Our Items can be found exclusively through our online shop, Etsy, Faire Wholesale, and in person at various conventions located in the Western United States!
