Frequently Asked Questions

    • Domestic orders can take approximately 5-7 business days.
    • International orders can take approximately 14/21 business days.

      *Events and holidays may impact shipping time and delays in shipping may occur*

  • All our products are subject to quality control.

    Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

    The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

    Return/exchange and at times a refund will be permitted depending on inventory availability and defect found.

    It does not cover improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects such as normal wear and tear.

    Warranty does not cover lost items including ITA bag magnetic ears or tails.

    After 60 days the warranty is no longer valid and returns/exchanges will not be permitted.

  • We offer refunds/exchanges/returns for orders that experience:

    • Broken or missing item
    • Incorrect Item being received/shipped.

    We DO NOT accept returns/exchanges for orders that are:

    • Mis-delivered *ensure your address is correct*
    • International items that are returned to us due to non-claim
    • Changing your mind/buyers remorse
    • Sale items/Sold "as is" items
    • Mystery bag items

  • Domestic packages are shipped utilizing USPS

    • All orders will include a tracking number and insurance when applicable.

    International packages are shipped utilizing Pirateship.

    • All orders will include a Ahoy tracking number which can be utilized on Pirateship.com. Orders do not include insurance, but insurance can be added for an additional cost.

    *Wholesale orders or large orders may ship via UPS or FEDEX when applicable. A tracking number will always be provided for large Wholesale orders, and insurance can be added for an additional cost.

  • Our items are not yet currently sold in brick and mortar stores. However, we attend various events throughout the west that you can find us at! Please look at our Event Schedule page to find a convention near you!
